Client Service Specialist:

We are looking for a supportive, helpful, precise, and organized person to fill the role of Client Service Specialist. Experience in client service within a financial or wealth management environment is preferred but not essential. This is a fully on-site position in Boardman, OH.
A client service specialist is a key member of the support team working closely with clients and our financial advisors to ensure client onboarding success and satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist financial advisor by preparing for meetings and completing transaction follow-up.
- Assist clients with new account set up and transactions.
- Track all submitted paperwork through to completion.
- Communicate with custodians to facilitate the necessary steps for client account setup/service.
- Answer telephone as backup to front desk.
- Coordinate with team members to provide consistent, effective client support and service.

- Above average attention to detail and concern for the exact correctness of work.
- Comfortable using the phone to make outbound calls and gather information from clients and vendors.
- A willing and cooperative personality.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to “do what it takes” to get things accomplished as part of the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate in a polite and professional manner.
- Helpful, supportive communication with management and peers.
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting.
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines.
- Excellent and accurate computer skills including data entry (alpha & numeric).
- Advanced problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze various data and information.
- Project management skills including process flow and the ability to understand workflow processes and the development and documentation of such.
- Knowledge of or experience with printers, facsimile, copier, postage, and other miscellaneous office equipment.
- Ability to train others in various support roles.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- Preferred business, finance, accounting, marketing or communications degree and/or 2-5 years equivalent experience.
- Advanced computer software knowledge/experience – e.g. Operating System, Microsoft Office Professional (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and Redtail CRM.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Pay/benefits are competitive based on industry standards.
- $36,000- $50,000 salary rate based on experience plus potential bonus
- Paid Vacation Time and Holidays after probation period
- Includes benefits (after 90 days) and retirement plan (after two years).
