The job duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages internal H-2B client lists including adding, updating, and removing details, as necessary.
  • Maintains H-2B retention files including drafting, reviewing, adding, updating, and shipping to the client.
  • Prepares a variety of administrative and legal documents utilizing company templates such as cover letters, correspondence, etc.
  • Assists with the company’s proprietary software, Pabian BOOM!, including but not limited to, preparing client training material and identifying silos and problems with platform functionality, making suggestions for improvement, and testing that the software is working as intended.
  • Oversees tracking and reporting potential H-2B clients for the Senior Manager and Founding Partner.
  • Assists with preparing H-2B petitions and seasonality packets including printing, scanning, saving, binding, reviewing, and shipping. 
  • Reviews H-2B Government Notices including drafting and mailing associated templated letters. 
  • Prepares and distributes After-Approval guides for clients. 
  • Drafts H-2B withdrawals and early departures to notify the Department of Labor and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, including mailing associated templated letters and correspondence.
  • Performs mailing reviews for H-2B petitions.
  • Completes H-2B roundtable reviews for filings with the Department of Labor. 
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Identifies and communicates opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Contributes to maintaining positive office morale.
  • Acts as an ambassador for the mission, values, and standards of behavior of the firm.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of equivalent work experience is required.
