Kindergarten Teacher 

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development & Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned curriculum with biblical integration.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Create, administer, and grade tests, quizzes, and projects to assess student proficiency.
  • Student Support & Differentiation: Provide individualized support, tutoring, and interventions for diverse learners and struggling students.
  • Classroom Management & Administration: Maintain a structured, safe classroom environment; keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavior.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with department colleagues on curriculum and communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on educational advancements and pedagogical techniques. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree 
  • Expertise: Strong content knowledge in Elementary education.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Google Classroom, MyScholworx).
