Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development & Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned curriculum with biblical integration.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create, administer, and grade tests, quizzes, and projects to assess student proficiency.
- Student Support & Differentiation: Provide individualized support, tutoring, and interventions for diverse learners and struggling students.
- Classroom Management & Administration: Maintain a structured, safe classroom environment; keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavior.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with department colleagues on curriculum and communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on educational advancements and pedagogical techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree
- Expertise: Strong content knowledge in Elementary education.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Google Classroom, MyScholworx).
