Ecommerce Customer Care Coordinator

Position Summary

The eCommerce Customer Care Coordinator serves as the frontline connection between On Target Living and our customers. This role is responsible for processing orders, assisting customers by phone and email, managing subscriptions, coordinating fulfillment, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and emails
  • Assist customers with product questions, orders, subscriptions, and shipping inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects our company values

eCommerce Operations

  • Process and monitor Shopify and Amazon orders
  • Coordinate daily order fulfillment and shipping activities
  • Manage subscription and recurring order programs
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential stock issues
  • Ensure order accuracy and timely shipment

Administrative Support

  • Maintain customer records and account information
  • Assist with special projects and promotions
  • Support product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Help improve systems and customer experience processes

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable working with technology and online systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Customer service, retail, administrative, or eCommerce experience preferred
