We are hiring Operator I candidates to support the manufacturing of life-saving medical devices in a regulated production environment. This role involves assembly, inspection, testing, and documentation activities while following established quality and safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, inspect, and test medical device components.
- Follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Handle small parts and components with attention to detail.
- Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, or medical device experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
