Job Description:
JTA Wellness is looking for a vibrant and confident Patient Relations/Marketing Coordinator to join our private practice of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs). This position:
- Plays a key role in representing our practice
- Promotes and builds awareness of JTA Wellness at various events for partnered-companies, the community, and medical clinics
- Develops and creates marketing material
- Interacts with patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Assists with administrative responsibilities
Position Requirements:
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work in office and offsite for marketing/networking events in and around San Antonio, TX.
- Ability to maintain effective, professional working relationships with partnered-companies, physicians, staff, and all identified service providers
- Willingness to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Excellent documentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of current and relevant markets
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations
- Professionalism in assisting patients and staff in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information
- Performance of all duties within HIPAA regulations
- Passion for healthcare excellence
Preferred Skills:
- Healthcare setting experience
- Marketing experience
- Spanish language proficiency
- Electronic Medical Record system experience
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
