About the Opportunity
Professional Expansion is currently supporting a recognized marketing and advertising agency in Florida in the search for a Brand Manager to join their team on a full-time, remote basis.
This opportunity is ideal for a marketing professional with strong branding experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts with clarity, leadership, and ownership.
The selected candidate will serve as a strategic lead for branding clients, helping guide creative direction, content planning, client communication, and production coordination.
Objective of the Position
The objective of this role is to lead and manage branding clients by ensuring that each account receives strong strategic guidance, organized content direction, clear communication, and consistent execution.
The Brand Manager will oversee onboarding, content calendars, content approval processes, creative strategy, production coordination, and overall account performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic lead for assigned branding clients.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the agency workflow.
- Develop and guide content direction aligned with each client’s brand, goals, audience, and campaign objectives.
- Oversee content calendars, creative plans, timelines, and approval processes.
- Lead creative strategy and provide clear direction to designers, content creators, copywriters, and production team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain professional and proactive communication with clients.
- Track account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage multiple clients and priorities while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Use AI tools and digital systems to improve productivity, accelerate content planning, support creative development, and organize workflows.
Required Profile
We are looking for a candidate with experience managing social media brands, content marketing campaigns, and client relationships.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in branding, content strategy, social media marketing, account management, or creative project leadership.
- Experience managing social media brands and content marketing campaigns.
- Experience developing content strategy and guiding creative teams.
- Experience managing client relationships in a professional environment.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Spanish is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organization, follow-through, decision-making, and client service skills.
Academic Background and Certifications
Candidates should have either formal education in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience gained through employment at a marketing agency, in-house marketing role, consulting practice, freelance work, or by operating and growing a marketing-related business.

- Final compensation structure, bonuses, incentives, and benefits will be discussed directly with the client during the selection process and may depend on employment status and final hiring conditions.
