Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience

Canty Insurance Agency is a local State Farm agency dedicated to helping individuals, families, and small businesses protect what matters most. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized team member to help support our growing office.
Position Overview
This role serves as the first point of contact for many of our customers and plays an important part in keeping the office running smoothly. No insurance experience is required—we are willing to train the right person.
This position is ideal for someone seeking a flexible part-time schedule while gaining valuable customer service, business, and insurance industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle general office and administrative tasks
- Assist with customer follow-up and communications
- Maintain customer records and office files
- Support the agency team with daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service or office experience is helpful but not required
