Do you love working with kids aged 2.5 through teens? Are you friendly, dynamic, and high energy? We are looking for you to join our team at our USA Ninja Challenge gym in Bonita Springs, Florida. 

You don't have to be an American Ninja Warrior, we will train you! Just have the drive to want to help kids chase their ninja dreams.

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate part time Instructor to join our educational team, inspiring learners and elevating instructional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop innovative, high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives
  • Lead gym sessions with enthusiasm, actively engaging students to maximize participation and understanding
  • Monitor student progress through assessments, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to enhance learning outcomes
  • Coordinate with program coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling, resource allocation, and adherence to program goals
  • Maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and motivation for all learners
  • Incorporate feedback from students and peers to continuously improve instructional methods and course content

Qualifications

  • Enjoy working with kids, ages 2.5-17
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating concepts to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet varied learner needs
  • Passionate about education, innovation, and fostering an engaging learning atmosphere

 

About Us

USA Ninja Challenge is an obstacle course based training program for children, ages 2.5 - 17. As a Trainer you will guide the athlete through a curriculum that builds strength, agility, and endurance. Students master skill levels and then progress to higher levels of achievement. Our obstacles include Warped Wall, cargo nets, ropes, rock wall, peg boards, Devil Steps, barrels and many more to challenge every level of student.
