Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Grand Rapids, MI | 2026–2027 School Year

Birch Agency is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Grand Rapids, MI for the 2026–2027 school year. Join a collaborative educational team and help students build the communication skills they need to succeed academically and socially.

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite position
• Location: Grand Rapids, MI
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Starting pay: $50/hour + benefits
• School-based setting

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Speech Language Pathologist license required
• School-based experience preferred
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred where applicable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech-language services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
• Track student progress and support educational outcomes
