About the Role

At Aquatech, we are scaling a high-performance, data-driven commercial organization—and we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be part of that journey.

This role sits at the heart of our Commercial Excellence team on-site in Canonsburg, PA, supporting our global sales organization by ensuring pipeline accuracy, driving CRM discipline (HubSpot), and delivering insights that enable better decisions and stronger performance. They'll work Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and maintain the quality and integrity of our HubSpot CRM system
  • Support sales teams in keeping pipeline data accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Analyze pipeline performance, conversion rates, and key commercial metrics
  • Create monthly reports and dashboards, along with ad hoc analyses for leadership
  • Track and monitor Commercial Excellence KPIs
  • Run key operational cadences (pipeline reviews, forecast updates, performance tracking)
  • Prepare materials and insights for commercial reviews and leadership discussions
  • Act as a go-to support for CRM, reporting, and data-related topics
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and reporting

Who You Are

  • Recent graduate in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel skills required; CRM experience is a plus)
  • Structured, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Strong communicator, able to work across teams and cultures
  • Interested in sales, commercial processes, and business performance
