About the Role
Resonant Clinical Solutions supports clinical trials around the world, and our In-House Engineering team keeps critical lab and medical equipment running safely and accurately.
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Service Engineer to work with clinical, lab, and cold chain equipment—helping ensure patient safety and reliable trial data.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair medical, lab, and refrigeration equipment (freezers, centrifuges, incubators, etc.)
- Perform maintenance and calibration in regulated environments (GxP/ISO)
- Document service work and ensure compliance
- Support cross-functional teams (QA, Ops, Logistics)
- Help manage inventory, schedules, and equipment performance
- Mentor junior technicians and support ongoing projects
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with medical, lab, or refrigeration equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills
- Familiarity with regulated environments (GMP, GCP, ISO)
- Experience with calibration tools and documentation
- Clear communication and ability to work independently
- Must be authorized to work in US
- Position is onsite, location Lakeland, FL
