Bilingual Insurance Sales & Business Development Intern (English/Spanish)

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious bilingual (English/Spanish) student who wants real-world business experience in sales, marketing, and business operations. As an Insurance Sales Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting business growth, building customer relationships, and learning the fundamentals of the insurance industry. You'll work alongside experienced professionals while developing valuable sales, marketing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sales outreach and lead generation
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients
  • Support social media and marketing initiatives
  • Help organize and maintain customer records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with office administration and special projects
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support business development activities
  • Learn insurance products and assist with the sales process
  • Work toward obtaining a state insurance license (training and guidance provided)

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using social media and basic office software

  • Interest in sales, business, marketing, or entrepreneurship

Schedule

Compensation
