Seasonal Grounds Worker

This is a temporary student worker position limited to not more than 640 hours per calendar year.  Student worker requirements, defined as person who has graduated from post-secondary institution and is within two weeks of graduation, currently a student or enrolled in a post-secondary institution. This position will be for the months of May through August 2026.  

This position will be assigned a variety of general grounds keeping duties, the makeup of which will vary based on staffing, maintenance needs, projects, seasonal requirements and related factors.  Grounds keeping duties may include any or all of the following: lawn and landscape care, mowing, trimming, weeding, trash and litter removal, seasonal maintenance and snow and ice removal.  Additional duties including building security, opening and securing buildings, office relocations, furniture, freight and/or supply moving and/or assist with other repair and or maintenance duties as may be assigned as needed to effectively maintain all buildings and grounds in a manner that ensures operational and service excellence.
 

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in grounds keeping and seasonal maintenance is desired.
• Valid state issued driver's license.
