Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Consultant / Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant/Developer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules and security roles.
  • Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Build and maintain Power Platform solutions including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications using REST APIs, Azure services and middleware platforms.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, testing, deployment and production support activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring system performance and reliability.
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills

  • 5-6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules.
  • Expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Hands-on experience with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 customization.
  • Knowledge of Azure services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Web Services, and third-party integrations.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of Power Pages and Copilot capabilities is an added advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree/Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
