Project Architect
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp (Lumion rendering a plus, but easy to teach with previous skills)
• Thorough understanding of building design, material assemblies, and producing technically detailed construction documents
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, standards and building structures with ability to apply regulations and standards to varying project typologies
• Skilled at communicating design direction with team members and clients
• Ability to assist in supporting architectural staff and guide project team
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience interfacing with clients and consultants
• Enjoys working as part of a small collaborative group in open office environment
• Ideal candidate for Project Architect position is currently licensed or actively working towards licensure with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Role Description:
• This is a full time role for an Project Architect at SA Group LLC
• Provide project support and/ or potentially lead all design phases of a project
• Utilize design, drafting, modeling and rendering skills to produce presentation drawings and construction documentation
• Collaborate with consultants to deliver project requirements
• Independently attend client meetings and site visits
• Perform construction administration and documentation responsibilities
• Utilize critical thinking and design skills to provide architectural solutions to project requirements
• Some travel will be required
