Media Editing Specialist
Job Description: Joel Sartore Photography is looking for a self-starting, motivated individual to join the team behind National Geographic's Photo Ark.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to contribute to a mission that helps save wildlife. You'll wear many hats, work with a small team, and help keep one of the world's largest conservation photography projects running smoothly.
What you’ll do most of the time:
- Image processing and editing
- Cataloging images for archives and photo agencies
- Video editing
- Help support otherstaff with variousassigned tasks
What you may do some of the time:
- Create high-quality printswith Epson printers
- Retail and processorders, primarily onlineand over the phone
- Help keep all the platesspinning: this includeseverything from errandsto packing for assignment
Skills Required:
- Advanced Adobe Photoshop experience
- Video editing, particularly with Adobe Premiere
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service
- Comfortable with Apple-based computers and common office software
Bonus Skills:
- DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects
- Lightroom
- Photo Mechanic
- Keywording
- Epson printers
- WordPress
- Willingness to learn basic IT

Details: This is a full-time position with benefits. We are located in Lincoln, Nebraska. The position is primarily office-based. After a thorough training period, employees may be eligible to work remotely one day per week.
