Support Staff

Support Staff Job Description: Salisbury MD and Ocean City MD locations

A member of our Support Staff team is responsible for a variety of tasks that support our daily operations at our Ocean City office. This includes greeting clients, answering phones, as well as various other tasks as needed. The ideal candidates have a history in customer service and are capable of working well with others. Hours are from 8 am - 5 pm - Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

Provide essential administrative and clerical assistance to CPAs and accountants, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing client communications, scanning/assembling tax returns, daily operations, complete efiling, extensions, safe send, mail distribution, as well as maintaining office supplies.

Ocean City MD & Salisbury, MD:

Must be able to work in our Ocean City or Salisbury office Monday - Friday. (not remote work)

Experience:

Administrative: 2 years (Required)

Front Desk/Face to Face Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

Skills needed:

Attention to detail

Professional verbal and written communication skills for client interaction

Organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, especially during busy tax season
