Guest Services Associate for Hosted Groups

Mercy by the Sea Retreat and Conference Center, Madison CT seeks a full-time Guest Services Associate for Hosted Groups. The Guest Services Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, responding to the needs of guests in a manner that supports the mission, values and vision of Mercy by the Sea. Responsibility includes managing reservations and all communications and arrangements for hosted groups. Skills include but not be limited to effective written and oral communications, computer and technological competencies, efficient organization. The guest services staff collaborate and work as a team. College Degree preferred with experience in business or hospitality. This is a full-time, onsite, exempt position, averaging 40 hours per week, and involving some weekend and evening hours.
