Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and online research.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and target profiles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Sociology, or a related field. Equivalent experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, or research will also be considered.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable conducting research and using technology.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in recruiting.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, internships, or recruiting is a plus.
