Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant – Operations Support

Location: Hunt Valley, MD (On-Site)
Pay: $16–$18/hour
Schedule: No nights or weekends

Access Receivables Management is seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role focused on keeping daily workflows running efficiently and supporting collectors and leadership.

We’re looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to internal requests (invoices, support needs, follow-ups)
  • Prepare and send invoices and settlement letters promptly
  • Support collectors and managers with day-to-day operational needs
  • Track and update reports, contests, and operational data
  • Assist with account updates and workflow adjustments
  • Coordinate onboarding support for new hires and training
  • Prepare meeting notes and assist leadership with reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through
