ASSOCIATE ROLE
ATLANTIC-ACM is seeking dynamic and driven Associate level candidates to join our industry-leading strategic advisory and due diligence practice. ATLANTIC-ACM is a Telecom and Technology advisory firm with 35 years of expertise. Our work drives strategic decision making at some of the largest companies in the world and facilitates major asset transactions in the telecom space. What You’ll Be Doing:
At ATLANTIC-ACM, associates perform the following essential tasks:
- Research: Sourcing and development of information via primary research (e.g. expert interviews) and secondary research from economic and industry resources & reports
- Analysis: Utilization and creation of proprietary models and frameworks to analyze, interpret, and produce meaningful insights from primary and secondary research
- Deliverable Development: Transform your insights into impactful presentations that guide client decision-making
- Oversight: Work between senior staff and Analysts / Interns to allocate and source work and provide ongoing guidance and feedback to those they manage
What We’re Looking For:
Associate candidates should possess analytical horsepower, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to integrate various work streams into coherent, insightful deliverables that allow clients to make investment and business decisions. Predictors of success as an Associate at ATLANTIC-ACM include:
- Creative information sourcing skills to identify critical inputs for project workstreams
- Honed analytical skills, with experience in quantitative research and excel modeling
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to deliver information clearly and concisely
- The ability to collaborate effectively with a team and developing leadership skills to manage & bring out the best in analysts on your team
- Being a self-starter with a strong work ethic and the drive to take on responsibilities & handle multiple workstreams

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong academic record from a top-tier college or university
- 2-3 years of recent experience in consulting or similar analytical discipline.
