Bobbles & Lace Indianapolis is a trend-forward women's boutique located in Bottleworks District, and expected to open late Summer / early Fall. We believe every woman deserves a personalized styling experience and confidence-boosting fashion at an attainable price point.

Our boutique is known for creating complete head-to-toe looks, exceptional client experiences, and helping women feel their best through personal styling.

We're looking for an energetic, fashion-loving Stylist who thrives on building relationships, creating memorable shopping experiences, and helping clients discover looks they love.

What You'll Do

-Deliver welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun top-tier client experiences, including providing head-to-toe styling experiences for all clients

- Assist in leading store merchandising, marketing, social media, display maintenance, and general housekeeping per Bobbles & Lace Brand Guidelines

- Creating lasting relationships with the Cincinnati community to grow and maintain your business including in-store & community events, and partnerships with other local businesses, community groups, and in-town hot spots

-Book in-store events

-Perform store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing the facility.

-Participate and lead regular Team meetings to ensure accurate and consistent communication with the company

- Meet and exceed monthly and daily sales goals set by Bobbles & Lace

- Lead your team to assist in sales, styling, marketing and operations

- Assist in leading and participate in daily education sessions with the team to learn and optimize styling, merchandising, marketing, etc.

**Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends**
