Digital Business Systems Analyst

Digital Business Systems Analyst. Sterling Jewelers Inc. Akron, OH.  Collaborate with business stakeholders and marketing teams to gather and analyze business requirements for technology solutions that support customer engagement and revenue growth. Document, develop, and test IT system requirements to ensure alignment with business needs. Liaise between business and delivery units to coordinate testing and ensure seamless implementation of marketing and business technology solutions. Evaluate marketing technology solutions to support business needs. Author technical stories and sub-tasks in JIRA and track progress through Agile development cycles. Support training and adoption of new tools by business teams. **Role can be remote from anywhere in the US. 

Need Master degree (or foreign equiv.) in Business Administration (with at least three courses in Information Systems or IT areas of study) or a MS degree in Information Systems, or Information Technology. Need 18 mos. experience as Business Systems Analyst, Software Developer, Computer Systems Analyst or related role supporting IT delivery. Need 18 mos. experience providing both technical and business guidance to teams and gathering and analyzing business requirements and application development aligns with user needs. Need 18 mos. exp. in Agile software development, using JIRA and Confluence.
