About the Role:
Landscape Images, Ltd. is hiring a Landscape Designer to support the development of residential landscape designs from concept through presentation and coordination. This role works closely with senior landscape architects and is ideal for someone with strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced design environment.

What this Role Requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field 
• 3+ years of experience in landscape design or landscape architecture 
• Strong portfolio of completed work 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, GIS, Rhino, or similar 
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, plant identification, plant selection, and material specifications 
• Familiarity with local codes and permitting processes 
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with limited supervision 
• Ability to be physically active for hours at a time 

What You’ll Do:

• Assist senior landscape architects with site analysis, measuring, site inventory, and elevations 
• Create site plans, planting plans, construction documents, and presentation materials 
• Prepare visual presentations including renderings, sketches, and mood boards 
• Research plant material, lighting features, materials, and related design elements 
• Assist with permitting and help ensure designs comply with local regulations 
• Help maintain project paperwork including change orders, legal documents, and project activity 
• Support project coordination and communicate design intent with installation teams when needed 
• Assist with proposals, bids, budgets, and presentation materials 
• Follow up on leads and proposal activity in a timely manner 
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional materials and online content 
• Participate in field, staff, and company meetings as needed
