YouTube Content Creator
About the Role
We've built a leading creator app used by tens of thousands of creators, and now we're building the longform YouTube channel to match.
We're looking for someone to become the face of the channel and help create practical, engaging videos that teach creators how to grow on social media. You'll produce one longform YouTube video each week covering topics like content strategy, viral hooks, AI tools, platform updates, creator case studies, and actionable growth tactics.
This isn't just a freelance video project. We're looking for someone who wants to build something long term and become a recognizable voice in the creator education space. You'll have significant creative freedom while working closely with our marketing team to test ideas, refine formats, and grow the channel.
This starts with a four video per month test phase for the first two to three months. If it's a great fit for both sides, the goal is to build a long term partnership where you become the recurring host of the channel.
Production quality doesn't need to be perfect. We care far more about publishing valuable, watchable content consistently than creating highly polished videos. We'll test ideas, learn what resonates, and improve with every upload.
What you'll do
- Develop video concepts and topics centered on social media growth strategy
- Script, film, and edit your own videos
- We have a team editor we can use if you prefer to do everything but editing/thumbnails
- Create thumbnails for each video

- Work closely with the Blueprint marketing team to align on direction and goals
- Publish to our channels (we'll handle the channel setup and access)

Compensation
- Flat rate per video (proposed up front)
- Performance upside based on traffic driven through your unique link

Who we're looking for
- Comfortable on camera and able to host a longform video solo
- Knows social media growth well enough to teach it credibly
- Self-sufficient on the full production cycle: concept → script → film → edit → thumbnail
- Reliable on a weekly cadence
- Interested in a long-term partnership, not a one-off gig
