Clinical Research Philadelphia (CRP) is seeking a full-time Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. If you have strong phlebotomy skills, enjoy working directly with patients, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training and mentorship to help you build a successful career in clinical research.

No Clinical Research Experience? No Problem.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you'll help conduct clinical trials while ensuring every participant receives exceptional care.

Responsibilities include:

• Build relationships with study participants and guide them through study visits
• Perform phlebotomy, collect laboratory specimens, and obtain vital signs
• Complete ECGs and other study procedures
• Prepare participants for physician evaluations
• Document study activities using electronic source documentation
• Navigate multiple research platforms and sponsor portals
• Coordinate participant visits and maintain study schedules
• Process and ship laboratory specimens
• Ensure studies are conducted according to protocol, FDA regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

We're Looking For Someone Who

Required

• Has Phlebotomy experience/ Certification
• Enjoys working directly with patients
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable learning new technology and software
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
• Medical Assistant, EMT, CNA, LPN, RN, or similar healthcare background
• Experience in a patient-facing healthcare role

Clinical research experience is not required.
