HR and Business Major

Are you a natural networker who loves marketing, tech, and digital growth? We are seeking a Growth Marketing Intern / User Acquisition Specialist and Business/HR Intern students to spearhead user acquisition for our platform. Your primary goal will be simple: drive traffic to sypsearch.com and convince students, recent graduates, and young professionals to sign up and build their profiles. This is a highly flexible role perfect for students looking to gain real-world marketing, sales, and lead generation experience for their resumes.

Core Responsibilities

User Acquisition: Actively pitch and persuade target audiences (peers, student organizations, clubs, and job seekers) to register and use sypsearch.com.

Lead Generation: Identify and target digital communities, online forums, and student networks where job seekers gather.

Digital Campaigning: Create and share engaging digital content across social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive website traffic.

Feedback Collection: Act as the bridge between users and our internal team, gathering feedback to help optimize the platform experience.

Qualifications

Must be an active undergraduate or graduate student (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields preferred but not required).

Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to pitch digital products and persuade users.

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Active and savvy on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Previous experience in campus organizations, sales, or lead generation is a major plus.
