Beach Town Colors — Founding Town Ambassador

Title: Founding Brand Ambassador — Cocoa Beach / Destin / Miami Beach (1 Spot Per Town)

Type: Contract / Freelance | Flexible Hours | Commission + Product Kit

The Role

Beach Town Colors is a small, growing apparel brand built around the identity of specific Florida beach towns. We're launching a Founding Ambassador program — just one person per town — for Cocoa Beach, Destin, and Miami Beach.

This isn't a generic sales gig. You'd be the face of Beach Town Colors in your town — the person locals and visitors associate with the brand, at markets, pop-ups, boutiques, and on social.

What You Get

  • A starter product kit (~$75–100 worth of pieces) to wear, show, and sell — yours to keep, no upfront cost
  • Commission on every sale from your town's collection — including sales from your posts, your in-person work, and organic sales alike. You're the face of Beach Town Colors there; you earn on your town's momentum, not just your own referrals.
  • Full ownership of your territory — how you show up, where you sell, and how you manage your own schedule is up to you
  • Room to grow into a long-term rep role as the brand expands

What We're Looking For

  • One reliable, motivated person per town — friendly, confident, comfortable starting conversations
  • Someone who actually lives the vibe of their town and can talk about it authentically
  • Willing to post real content (you're wearing it, not just linking it) and show up to at least one local market or event
  • Prior sales, retail, or social media experience a plus — not required

The Ask

To keep your spot as Founding Ambassador, we just ask for:

  • A few posts/stories a month featuring the product
  • Showing up to at least one local market, pop-up, or event in your first 30–60 days

This is a real starting role, not a trial — the kit is yours regardless. We just want to see you out there repping your town.
