- Fully remote/flexible around class schedule
Stipend
- $1,000 total for the 6-month fellowship term (paid in installments)
Who We're Looking For
- A student, comfortable and confident on camera
- Fluent or highly proficient in ASL
- Active on social media / understands short-form video formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style pacing)
- Interested in journalism, accessibility, and/or Deaf community advocacy
What You Get
- Paid stipend
- Byline and on-air credit across all published pieces
- Mentorship from 15 West's editorial team
- A public portfolio of produced video work
- Flexible, low-pressure workload built around your schedule
