Clinical Nurse/ Nurse Practitioner
About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to oversee and support patients undergoing treatment for migraine and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) using non-invasive neuromodulation (sTMS). This is a hands-on, in-office clinical role focused on patient assessment, treatment oversight, documentation, and outcomes tracking.
This position is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working across neurology and mental health, values structured protocols, and is interested in innovative, data-driven care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and document in-office patient intake assessments, treatment eligibility screening, and ongoing follow-ups
Oversee patients using sTMS therapy for migraine and MDD, including patient education, adherence support, and safety monitoring
Monitor and document patient outcomes using standardized measures, including:
PHQ-9
HAM-D (Hamilton Depression Rating Scale)
HIT-6
Additional clinical symptom tracking as required
Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation aligned with quality, regulatory, and medical device standards
Coordinate care with prescribing physicians, psychiatrists, and internal clinical leadership
Identify, document, and escalate adverse events, clinical concerns, or protocol deviations
Support clinical quality initiatives, data collection, and protocol refinement
Serve as a primary clinical point of contact for patients throughout their treatment course
RN Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Florida preferred)
2+ years of clinical experience (neurology, psychiatry, pain management, behavioral health, or related specialty preferred)
Strong clinical assessment, patient education, and documentation skills
Comfortable working with patients with neurological and mental health conditions
Experience using EMRs and standardized outcome measures
NP Qualifications (Florida)
Active Florida Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (required)
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or primary care with mental health focus preferred
Ability to conduct clinical evaluations and monitor treatment response
Familiarity with depression and migraine outcome measures (PHQ-9, HAM-D, HIT-6, etc.)
Comfortable working within structured treatment protocols and collaborative care models
Preferred Experience (RN or NP)
Neuromodulation or TMS experience
Migraine, headache, or mood disorder treatment
Medical device, digital health, or telehealth environments
Clinical data collection, outcomes tracking, or research/QI initiatives
