All Natural Tree Experts are hiring ONE Apprentice Tree Climber to join our team.

This is an entry-level position, designed for someone who is ready to work hard, learn the trade the right way, and grow into a skilled climber over time.

You don’t need years of climbing experience to apply — but you do need a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and the desire to build a real career in arboriculture.

POSITION

Apprentice Tree Climber / Entry-Level Arborist

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

This is a hands-on apprenticeship role where you will:

• Start primarily on the ground
• Learn proper rope handling and rigging fundamentals
• Train toward climbing as you build skills and trust
• Work alongside experienced climbers and crew leaders
• Develop into a safe, confident, professional climber

This position is for someone who wants to grow — not someone looking for a temporary job.

WHAT YOU MUST BE WILLING TO DO

You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you must be willing to:

• Show up on time and ready to work
• Work hard on the ground (dragging brush, jobsite cleanup, assisting crew)
• Learn how to safely operate saws and equipment step-by-step
• Learn knots, rope management, and jobsite communication
• Take direction from Crew Leaders and senior climbers
• Stay focused, safety-minded, and coachable
• Handle physical work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Take pride in doing things the right way
