Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve business challenges.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and deployment.
• Develop Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered applications.
• Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain production ML models.
• Participate in Agile development, code reviews, and documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AI/Einstein and enterprise AI integrations.
• Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
• Understanding of Responsible AI and AI governance.
• Experience in the Energy or Utilities domain is a plus.
