Compensation

Guaranteed $500/week for your first 4 weeks while you complete training and build your skills.

Plus commission on qualified appointments during your training period.

After your first 4 weeks, you'll move to a high-earning commission-based compensation plan with unlimited earning potential.

What You'll Do

Speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods.

Introduce Install America's home improvement services.

Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.

Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Comfortable working outdoors and talking with people.

Reliable transportation is preferred.
