Rachel Shannon Art is seeking talented watercolor artists to assist with luxury weddings and events by creating live watercolor guest portraits on-site.
This is an excellent opportunity for art students, illustrators, and watercolor artists looking to gain experience painting in a fun, fast-paced environment while being part of unforgettable celebrations.

Rachel Shannon Art specializes in luxury live wedding paintings and live watercolor guest portraits throughout the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York areas. We are passionate about creating meaningful keepsakes for couples and their guests while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Paint live watercolor guest portraits during weddings and private events
- Work efficiently while maintaining high artistic quality
- Interact professionally and warmly with wedding guests
- Follow Rachel Shannon Art's established portrait style and workflow
- Assist with setup and cleanup as needed
- Arrive on time, prepared, and dressed professionally
Qualifications
- Strong watercolor painting skills
- Ability to paint quickly while maintaining likeness
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a social event environment
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Weekend availability (primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays)
Current art students are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with watercolor portraiture
- Experience painting from life or reference photos
- Wedding or live event experience (not required)
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay
