About Us:
STEAM Your Dreams empowers students through gamified learning that blends Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) with eSports, playground games, and brain games to make learning fun, accessible, and impactful.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking passionate, energetic STEAM Coaches to lead hands-on activities for K–12 youth for Fall, Winter, and Spring after school programming sessions. Coaches will deliver engaging lessons, mentor students, and help create a positive, inspiring learning environment at schools, recreation centers, and community events.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate STEAM-based programs and games (STEAM XR Sports League, Ocean Bowl League, and STEAM eSports programs).

Inspire creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork in students.

Serve as a role model and mentor.

Support program logistics and student engagement.

This is a paid freelance contractor role, starting at $35/hour as a starting coach; however this role is able to work towards a head coach role earing $50/hour.
