We are looking for an enthusiastic, polished, and dependable team member who is passionate about luxury fashion and enjoys creating meaningful relationships with clients.
Position Summary
The Part-Time Luxury Boutique Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the daily operations of the boutique. This individual will serve as a trusted style advisor, helping clients discover luxury pieces they will love while maintaining the boutique’s elegant presentation.
Responsibilities
        ●  Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
        ●  Build genuine relationships with clients that encourage repeat business.
        ●  Assist customers with selecting luxury handbags, jewelry & accessories.
        ●  Educate clients on designers, craftsmanship, materials, and product features.
        ●  Assist with receiving, tagging, merchandising, and displaying new inventory.
        ● Maintain beautiful visual merchandising and store presentation
        ● Help create engaging social media content, including product videos, Instagram Stories, and Reels.
        ●  Keep the boutique clean, organized, and inviting.
        ●  Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
        ●  Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
        ●       Luxury retail experience is a plus but not required.
        ●       Passion for designer fashion, handbags, jewelry, and luxury brands.
        ●       Outgoing personality with the ability to connect naturally with clients.
        ●       Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
        ●       Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
        ●       Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
        ●       Comfortable learning new technology and POS systems.

Schedule
        ●       Part-time (approximately 15–25 hours per week)
        ●       Some Weekend (Saturday) availability required
        ●       Flexible weekday availability preferred
