Social Media Content Manager — OutlawXStudio

We're looking for a Social Media Content Manager to run our TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. You'll be on our shoots capturing BTS, cutting it into content that lives in music and fashion, and posting it out. You'll work directly with our producer on strategy — what we post, when, and why — and keep the accounts moving.

This isn't a desk job. You're on set, phone up, catching the moments that make people stop scrolling.

## What you'll do

- Film BTS and original content on our shoots
- Edit and post to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- Build and run our content strategy alongside the producer
- Keep a consistent posting rhythm across platforms
- Stay ahead of trends and know how to ride them
 
## What we're looking for
- **Based in Los Angeles** and able to get to shoots — reliable car is a must
- Deep feel for social trends across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Strong eye for music and fashion content
- Comfortable shooting and editing on iPhone + CapCut (a real camera is a plus, not required)
- Self-starter who can move fast and work closely with a small, tight crew

$500/month base to start, with room to grow as the accounts do. Contract role, LA-based.
