Retail Sales Associate

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, fashion-loving team member who enjoys building relationships, creating great customer experiences, and helping women find styles they love. 

What you will do:  welcome every customer with a warm, genuine attitude; build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits; process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system; keep sales floor clean, organized and beautifully merchandised; restock merchandise throughout the day; support social media content as needed; work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals. 

We are looking for someone who is: friendly, outgoing, and positive; passionate about fashion and styling; reliable, dependable, and self-motivated; comfortable approaching and engaging customers; able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment; willing to work weekends and flexible hours

Preferred qualifications: previous retail, customer service, or sales experience a plus (but we are happy to train the right person); strong communication skills; a team player with a great attitude.
