E-commerce Operations & Marketing Analyst
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce stores, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, and website content.
- Manage Google Merchant Center and Google Shopping product feeds; troubleshoot disapprovals, missing attributes, and feed errors.
- Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and other online advertising campaigns.
- Track advertising spend, conversions, return on ad spend, customer-acquisition cost, and profitability.
- Analyze sales by SKU, product category, website, advertising channel, customer segment, and time period.
- Identify customer purchasing trends, high-performing products, declining products, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Process online orders and monitor orders from receipt through shipment.
- Respond to customer questions regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and delivery issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and management to resolve order and inventory problems.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports with clear recommendations for increasing sales and improving profitability.
- Improve e-commerce, order-processing, and customer-support workflows.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, e-commerce, finance, or a related area.
- 1–3 years of e-commerce, digital marketing, or business-analysis experience.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping, Amazon Seller Central/FBA.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with an e-commerce platform such as BigCommerce, Shopify.
- Comfortable handling customer service and processing orders.
- Strong written English, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with inventory management, or product-feed software is helpful but not required.
