Bilingual (Korean/English) Supply Chain Analyst 2 – Entry Level | Plano, TX | $60,000 | Long-Term Contract

Position Overview

Green Doors is recruiting on behalf of our client, a global electronics and technology company, for a Business Professional – Supply Chain Analyst 2 position.

This is an excellent opportunity for bilingual Korean/English candidates, including recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in supply chain, demand planning, logistics, and business operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with teams in the U.S. and Samsung headquarters in Korea to support supply chain planning, inventory management, reporting, and cross-functional projects.

Position Details

• Position: Business Professional – Supply Chain Analyst 2
• Employment Type: Long-Term Contract (Initial 6 months with strong extension potential)
• Location: Plano, Texas (6625 Excellence Way)
• Work Schedule: 100% On-site
• Salary: $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Planning & Operations

• Review weekly HHP PO SKU lists and coordinate with account teams.
• Monitor production schedules and inbound shipment status.
• Communicate regularly with the Global Operations Center (GOC) in Suwon, Korea.
• Coordinate weekly packaging quantities with the Packaging Planning Team.
• Support weekly and monthly sell-in targets through collaboration with Account and DF teams.
• Assist with new product launch planning.
• Support AI-related supply chain initiatives.

Inventory & Supply Management

• Monitor unavailable and aging inventory.
• Track monthly inventory depletion plans and status.
• Manage bulk inventory utilization before aging.
• Analyze supply status and prepare weekly SCM reports.
• Communicate supply status and operational updates with headquarters in Korea.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze supply chain data and prepare weekly reports.
• Support SCM meetings and business presentations.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analytical projects.

Supply Chain Coordination

• Review production schedules and material requirements.
• Track production volumes, inventory, and quality data.
• Monitor raw material and production inventory.
• Analyze manufacturing, labor, and material costs.
• Maintain customer and operational data.
• Ensure compliance with logistics and production standards.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of related experience (Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.)
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Preferred

• Bilingual in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience with Supply Chain Planning or Demand Planning.
• Experience working in a global business environment.
