Temporary Wholesale Sales Assistant – COTERIE NYC Fashion Trade Show ($25–$30/hr)

Location: Javits Center, New York, NY

Dates: September 9 – September 10, 2026

Hours: Approx. 9:00AM – 5:00 PM (Exact shift schedule TBD)

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 / hour (Based on experience)

About Us:

We are a contemporary fashion jewelry brand exhibiting at COTERIE New York. We are looking for an energetic, professional, and sales-driven Sales Assistant to join our team during the trade show.

Responsibilities:

Greet retail buyers, store owners, and industry guests visiting the booth.

Present and showcase our latest jewelry collection with detailed product knowledge.

Assist in taking buyer orders, managing line sheets, and logging contact details.

Maintain booth presentation, organizing displays, and keeping samples neat.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail sales, fashion trade shows, or wholesale customer service preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Punctual, reliable, and comfortable standing for extended periods.

Knowledge or interest in fashion/jewelry design is a strong plus.
