FASHION SALES ASSISTANT

SALES ASSISTANT POSITION-

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and fashion-forward Fashion Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help drive business growth. This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities to travel the country for trade shows, fashion markets, and customer appointments throughout the year.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about fashion, sales, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain customer accounts, sales records, and order information
• Prepare sales presentations, line sheets, and product materials
• Coordinate sample shipments and inventory tracking
• Communicate with buyers, customers, and internal departments
• Assist with showroom setup and merchandising
• Travel to trade shows, markets, and industry events to support sales activities
• Help organize appointments and presentations during market weeks
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries
• Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing performance data

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fashion, wholesale, retail, or sales support preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Willingness to travel as needed for trade shows and market events
• Passion for fashion and industry trends
