Second Grade Teacher

Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, Valid Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW) teaching license, Experience teaching elementary-aged students preferred, New graduates are encouraged to apply, Strong classroom management and organizational skills, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Passion for helping young learners succeed

Duties: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with Ohio academic standards, Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment, Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents, Maintain accurate student records and classroom documentation, Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff, Foster students' academic achievement, confidence, and character development, Utilize creative instructional strategies to encourage student engagement and success
