About Paletté
Paletté is a fashion marketplace connecting shoppers with independent boutiques and brands through personalized style curation. We're looking for creative, style-savvy individuals to join our Ambassador Program and help bring Paletté to life across social media.

About the Role
As a UGC Content Creator Ambassador, you'll create original fashion and style content featuring Paletté, post it to your own platforms (Instagram/TikTok), and share select Paletté content to your audience. This is a flexible, tiered role: the more you create and share, the more you earn.

What You'll Do

  • Create original UGC (reels, posts, style content) featuring Paletté
  • Post to your own Instagram and/or TikTok
  • Share Paletté's content to your platform
  • Submit content for approval before posting
  • (Top tiers) Give feedback on website features and offer product/site input

Compensation Tiers
Paid monthly as cash credit on the Paletté site, based on your tier:

Tier 1

2-3 posts/month, 1-2 shares of our content

$25 (2,500 points)

Tier 2

3-4 posts/month (min. 2 reels/real posts), 3-4 shares

$50 (5,000 points)

Tier 3

5-7 posts/month (min. 4 reels/real posts), 5-7 shares

$75 (7,500 points)

Tier 4

7-10 posts/month, 7-10 shares, plus website feedback

$100 (10,000 points)

Ambassadors in Tiers 3 and 4 are eligible to be reposted on Paletté's official account.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine interest in fashion and personal style
  • Comfort creating content for Instagram and/or TikTok
  • Reliable posting habits and ability to meet monthly tier goals
  • Open to applicants of any background, students and non-students welcome
