This is an onsite long term, full-time contract position supporting the Delaware Department of Labor's AP Paid Leave team in Newark Delaware.  

The Management Analyst I will provide direct support to claimants navigating the Labor First system and use Salesforce to manage claimant interactions. The role may also involve raw data analysis and reporting.  Comprehensive onboarding training on internal systems and workflows will be provided.

Compensation is $22/hr
