We are a Community Bank based in Festus, MO with over $1 billion in assets and we're looking for an exceptional graduate to fill our open Credit Analyst position. Our Credit Analysts are provided with extensive training to grow their skills, acumen, and knowledge base in Commercial and SBA Lending.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Assisting the commercial lending departments with the underwriting and documentation of a loan request by providing services such as investigation of the borrowing entity.
- Providing analysis of the proposed structure and the various repayment sources, analysis of industry/economic factors affecting the request.
- Performing ongoing monitoring of the credit exposure once the transaction is completed.
- Delivering high quality customer service as well as assisting lenders cultivate new business relationships.
- Assisting in the collection of financial statements and review of customer performance in preparation for the Bank's exams and audits.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, 3.0 Average GPA; 3 Accounting classes OR 2 Accounting classes and 1 Advanced Finance class that covers financial statement analysis and reporting (3.0 average GPA), 1 year word processing and spreadsheet software.
