Staff Accountant
Mid-sized well established accounting firm seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our firm. Must be motivated, have the ability to multi-task, and be organized. Candidate should be a self-starter with a strong, detail-oriented personality. Maintain a positive attitude; be cooperative and flexible about the type of work assigned and in assisting other team members on assignments. The candidate should also have experience working directly with clients and demonstrate the ability to complete projects accurately and efficiently. Must have a BA or BS degree in Accounting
Qualifications:
- CPA is a plus
- Strong technical skills in taxation
- 1 plus years of work experience a plus
- Proficient in QuickBooks.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of UltraTax is a plus.
