Project Director- Better Together Program

On-Campus ACA Variable 

US Work Authorization is REQUIRED 

Project Director ($40/hour): Will work closely with Principal Investigator to ensure the success of the project. Will coordinate recruitment and enrollment of families, order materials each week, supervise family coaches, support implementation of Better together, and other duties. Must have experience as the Better Together Program Coordinator. 

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, public health, education, or a related field.
• Experience managing behavioral health, education, or federally funded projects.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and child- and family-serving systems preferred.

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staff, coordinate multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, parent-child relationships, child development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and project management software.
