About the Position

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Management Trainees in a full-time, in-person retail environment. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in customer service, sales, retail operations, and leadership development.

As a Sales Management Trainee, you will work directly with customers and team members while learning the skills and responsibilities necessary for future advancement opportunities within the company. Training is provided, and successful candidates will gain practical experience in both sales and retail management functions.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with product and service inquiries

Deliver a positive customer experience in a retail setting

Learn company sales processes and customer service standards

Support daily retail operations and store objectives

Participate in training and professional development programs

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Maintain accurate records and complete assigned administrative tasks

Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Previous customer service, retail, sales, or leadership experience is a plus
